On the main floor you will also find 2 master bedrooms with their private balcony as well the first full bathroom and 3rd bedroom. The lower level of the property is a where the property will amaze you! Aside from the additional 2 bedrooms, full bathroom and 2nd living room, the key selling point is the large game room! The area is designed to entertain your guests to the fullest - rain or shine!
Board games, foosball table, basketball arcade game, and even a set of poker chips for adults!
