Lovely house, amazing pool

House is in a convenient location, clean, luxurious, comfortable. Pool and hot tub were amazing, landscaped with plants and palm trees. Kitchen is excellent.

Aruba Getaway

Gorgeous house and very very comfortable

With having my friends from Boston with me, we were so excited for a great long weekend and this house did not disappoint! Every bed is seriously so comfortable, the house is completely stocked with pots and pans for cooking! And the pool was absolutely amazing with floats to enjoy! The only thing we wish someone was there the day of check in to show us how to use things like the alarm and the hot tub.

Wonderful stay! Exactly like the pictures!

We had an awesome time staying at Birds of Paradise! Everything was exactly as pictured and the location 5 mins drive from the beach was perfect for our family. We especially loved how the house was split up to allow for privacy but had lots of common space and an amazing pool / hot tub. The house was super well outfitted with dishes/appliances/beach chairs/toys etc. Julia and Stuart and the team were super responsive and easy to work with. Thanks for an amazing trip and will definitely be renting with them again next time!

Best equiped house

Very clean, very modern, very well equiped house. Fully equiped kitchen and grill area. Beach umbrella and beach chairs. Very nice pool and jacuzzi. Location is perfect, we recomend renting a car for all stays. Very close to beach, to restaurants and to super food supermarket. Would recommend for family or group of friend, as house is very conveniently divided in two separate areas. Large living space, dining area, breakfast bar. Very well maintained.

Beautiful Home, Great Experience!

Stayed for 5 days with 3 couples--this was our 9th time visiting Aruba and it was the best place we have stayed. Home is absolutely beautiful, clean, and looks exactly like the photos. Pool and hot tub were wonderful and location near the Marriott and beaches is perfect. Great communication with the property manager. We did have a couple minor issues while we were there (ran out of propane for the stove and the hot tub blew a fuse) and the property manager was very responsive and addressed both problems as soon as we called. Would definitely recommend staying here. Only downside is that only two rooms have king & queen beds, the other two rooms have twin beds so one couple had to push the beds together...but would be great for families with lots of kids.

The kitchen and pool came as advertised, no complaints. . We had multiple issues with every bedroom. The master bedroom had bed bugs, a new mattress was promised but never arrived. The upstairs bedrooms had multiple electrical issues resulting in no air conditioning and false fire alarms. One AC unit was replaced. An electrician came but was unable to fix the remains issues. He told us that the property owners were responsible to repair an outside electrical line. To summarize: Casiola Aruba was very apologetic about the bedroom issues. Unfortunately none were corrected during the 8 day stay. Bill M 1/5/23

We had 8 people staying in the house and then another 17 people staying in nearby facilities. This became our "Home Base" and never once felt cramped. We hosted an outdoor dinner with 20 people for a 40th birthday celebration and it was PERFECT! Thanks Bird of Paradise and Casiola Aruba for making this the best vacation ever!

Paradise within a paradise

A review from Boston: our group often makes the Aruba trip somewhere around December/January, and we always go the rental route. This property is everything that it appears to be/is described to be and more (location, layout, etc.)! Our immediate group of 6 had all of the space that we could ask for and then some. Our extended group (staying at another property down the road) made us a group of 12, and when we all gathered at the house for swims at the pool and chef prepared meals, the house accommodated us all with ease. The house was outfitted with everything that we could imagine (kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, towels (for all needs), floats, chairs, cooler, etc.), and it was spotless. The house is also very well kept/maintained. The sky deck (between two of the bedrooms) and the roof deck were slightly weathered by the elements, but that is to be expected, plus there isn’t much of a reason to spend extended time in either location. We did have a small shower drainage issue in 2 of the bathrooms (simply a slow drain), but it was completely manageable, and it was promised to be addressed. The only thing that disappointed me was the unexpected fee to convert bedroom #3 from 2 beds to a king. It is noted in the home description that the room can be converted, which is partially why we chose this home, but there was no mention of the fee until I requested the change. Other than that, zero complaints. We will be back to Aruba within the year, and we will certainly look to stay here again! Thanks for everything, team, we had a truly wonderful stay!

A trip of a lifetime that beat expectations for us, 5 adult children and 2 significant others.

I had many questions for Stuart and team after putting our deposit down. Traveling as a group of 9 during the pandemic can be difficult. Stuart answered all of our questions in a timely manner and kept us informed with all the covid-19 related information and traveling around the holiday season. He stopped by shortly after we checked in to make sure we were all set. The property was gorgeous and beat our expectations. So close to the beach and the view from the pool and hot tub during the NY EVE fireworks display was too notch. My favorite nights were when we used the outdoor grill/kitchen and enjoyed the company and perfect weather. We highly recommend and hope to come back in the very near future!!

Great time at the Bird of Paradise Villa!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been renting villas for the past 10 years in Aruba and this was up there as one of our favorites. We had a couple of issues during our stay however Stuart and Julia took care of things right away and corrected the issues. We greatly appreciated them acting so quickly. The bed in the master was so comfortable and we slept so well. The pool and hot tub were very clean and we used the hot tub most nights. We would not hesitate to rent from Stuart and Julia again. Hopefully next year!

Wonderful Week at Bird of Paradise

The home was beautifully furnished, immaculately clean, professionally landscaped and well stocked with everything that we could need for a vacation. The home's layout, with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms was perfect to accommodate a number of adult guests, providing areas for privacy as well as several large gathering spaces. The pool, jacuzzi and outdoor living space with a large grill, outdoor refrigerator and large shaded eating area was where we spent the bulk of our time when we were at the house! The location of this home behind the Marriott Hotel was perfect. We were close enough to the high rise hotel zone that we could walk or drive there very quickly, yet we were far enough away to have privacy in a quiet, relaxing and safe neighborhood. Stuart, Julia and Freya from Rentstar were all very helpful from the time we booked the home, through the end of our stay. We had a couple of minor requests during the first couple of days we were there, and they were taken care of almost immediately! I can't say enough about how helpful the information that was provided by the Hospitality App was in orienting us to the home and the island. As this was our first trip to Aruba, we had a lot to learn! I would highly recommend this home or any of the other homes that Rentstar has to offer. We will certainly book with Rentstar on future trips to Aruba.
