“Had a little trouble getting in with code. Instructions left off final step. Great property. Quiet. Lot of road construction in the area right now. It met our needs for a couple nights and included everything we needed. ”

Units below us had odors that wafted up and loud music was played past midnight. Communicating with the manager seemed to be via AI and did not feel personal although they were responsive. Bath fixtures were coming off the wall and they had insect spraying scheduled during our stay which was not ideal but we……

Noisy neighbors live upstairs, which can be distracting if you plan on spending a large majority of your time inside. Otherwise, there is a park and beach nearby, while being located in a relatively quiet neighborhood. Personally, I will not return, but I recommend to anyone looking for a new experience in Norfolk, VA.”

“Cleanliness was just ok.. found laundry from previous occupant in closet and baseboards were super dusty. Kitchen has very bare minimum. But as pictured, bed very comfortable. Complex was noisy and stairwell smelled of weed. Neighbors had party into pm, and it was like they were in my room due to thin walls. Did reach out to management and noise gone within 10 minutes. “The place is nicely decorated and has great amenities. Good place to stay if you're visiting Norfolk or Virginia Beach.However, the downstairs young neighbors slept during the day and party late at night making sleeping difficult. Other than that, it was perfect. Although the place was perfect in every way, a few suggestions if you're going to stay here. Bring coffee filters for the coffee maker.
