Spacious 3 bedroom cottage, sleeps 10, 4 mins to beach, 6 person sauna

Welcome to ‘All Decked Out’, the perfect place for you and your family/friends to make memories while in Turkey Point. This cottage boasts all the luxuries of home all within a 4 minute walk to the beach. Spend summer days enjoying the beach and in the colder temps enjoying the 6 person cedar sauna. The backyard boasts a massive deck that features a covered lounge space (with TV!) and outdoor dining area along with fire pit.


Recently built, the entire cottage is yours to enjoy. It has 3 bedrooms and a full bath with tub upstairs. The main floor has a full bath with shower and open concept living and dining space. Washer/dryer available on the main floor.

Discounts available off-season and long-term stays. Please reach out!

Private driveway with room for 8 cars.

Fire pit and benches are in the back, please bring your own firewood.


Other things to note

We are happy to host you and your group and we ask that you treat our home like you would your own.

- Smart TV with Netflix, Prime, etc- log into your own profiles. Fibre Internet is provided.

- Kitchen is full stocked; plates, bowls, utensils, glassware. Other minimal things like salt and pepper, olive oil, condiments are there to use. There is a small grocery store 5 minutes a way (with LCBO) or other large box/grocery stores in Simcoe.

- Coffee maker and filters are provided.

- Linens and Towels are provided; please bring your own Beach Towels.

- Fires- please ensure there is no fire ban on during your stay – neighbors are very protective of their cottages and will not hesitate to report illegal campfires; fines start at $1,000

- Septic tank- the cottage is on a septic tank. Do not flush anything other than toilet paper (diapers, tampons, etc.). If a back up occurs, it will cause a very unpleasant stay as it may take time to resolve the blockage.

- Lock box entry for self check-in.

Finally, it is a condition of the regulations that there is a cleaning service provided after your stay. Please leave the cottage in a tidy state with everything put back in its place.

Beautiful & Spacious Cottage

The cottage felt more like a house, and had everything we could possibly need. It was very clean and spacious, and had a cute sun room at the front. It was really quiet around the property, had amazing outdoor space with a deck/gazebo and outdoor t.v, and it was only a short walk to the beach. We would definitely recommend it!

Lovely Off Season Weekend Away

Wonderful location and amenities. Good sized house, more than enough space for our family. We really enjoyed the sauna! The deck is beautiful but it was a little bit chilly in March to sit out very long. We made use of the firepit which was a nice feature.The kitchen had all that we needed. The cupboards and stove could use a cleaning.

Amazing!

We had an amazing stay with 8 friends at this cottage. It was spacious both on the inside and outside. We spent most of our time outdoor by the deck and enjoyed the setup. The place was clean and exactly how it is described. The beach is a short distance from the change. The host was very responsive. Highly recommend this place.

Great weekend away

The cottage was fantastic! Everything inside was pristine. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and dishware. The deck has a great gazebo and outdoor furniture which we really enjoyed. And the sauna was definitely a perk! Beach was only a short walk away. We thoroughly enjoyed staying 😁

Family Vacation

As a family of 5 adults we found the “cottage” (it’s more like a house!) very nice with plenty of room for all of us. The beach is a short walk away and even on the weekend we could find a spot. The cottage is well equipped as well. Host very quick to respond while we were there. We were there during a very hot week and when I asked if there was an additional portable fan for a bedroom, she ordered one and had it delivered the next day. Would definitely return!

Five Stars!

Great location, a short walk to the quieter end of the beach, nice for families. Spacious vacation home with everything there for a guaranteed good get away. My granddaughter didn’t want to leave on check out day, after so much fun roasting marshmallows in the evening and daily trips to the beach. We all made very good memories there and look forward to next year. Room to spread out for quiet time either in the front porch, on the comfortable living room furniture watching Netflix, an upstairs bedroom, at the large kitchen table or outdoor furniture outside on the huge partially covered deck, with tv. If you have questions or concerns before, during or after your visit, the hostess responds within minutes.

What a perfect spot!

We have been coming to Turkey Point for an annual friends weekend for 8 years. We decided to find a new cottage this year, and what a GEM! We were so pleased with the space, layout, property, and parking spaces for all! We look forward to returning again in the future! Cottage had everything we needed!!! Quiet and private backyard! Bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect! Only complaint, garbage bin out front was not picked up during the week, so we had to make due to fit all our garbage in!

A great weekend

When we arrived all of us were impressed with the cleanliness of the property, It had a perfect about of space indoors and outdoors for us, with a great deck for spending the afternoon on. Very short walk to the beach. Megan was quick to respond to questions. It was a great weekend and we definitely would rent again.

Was not pleased to see garbage in the kitchen bin and in both bathrooms. Lovely house but wasn’t the cleanest place. We had to wash our sheets too. Was disappointed considering the hefty cleaning fees that these short term rentals charge.
