Great location with a back yard facing the bay and an easy 2 block walk to the beach. Clean, spacious home that was great for our group.

Family Trip

We needed a reasonably priced home that was located near points of interest and easy to get to. The home was very roomy, a large kitchen, comfortable dining area with plenty of seating for all, large TV in the living room with plenty of comfortable seats. Three full bathrooms enough for all.

Very Clean and Comfortable

The property is very spacious and very clean! I’m a germaphobe and I didn’t have to do any of my own cleaning. We were very comfortable! The beds and pillows were comfy. It was a short walk to the beach. Overall though we were very happy and enjoyed the home.

Basic Beach House

Our stay was okay. The layout and bedrooms were as described . The dishwasher was in disrepair. The refrigerator was dirty. There was a lot of pet waste in the yard. The grill was actually an outdoor fireplace. Parking is tricky, so follow the instructions carefully. given by the owner carefully.

Be aware of parking, we ran onto a snag with parking because we drive a larger truck. If your in a car you would have no problem. The owner was wonderful to work with and rectified the problem. We would definitely stay at this owners listings again.

Great house outdoors needing some TLC.

The house itself was spot on, accurate description overall met our expectations. Our kiddos enjoyed the beach area and being able to swim in the bay. Outside was less than desirable. Grass was unkept, trees cut up laying throughout the yard, fence falling down. The parking was suspect. A little TLC would a long way.

The house has 3 units, we had the 4 bedroom rental. It was clean, well stocked kitchen cookware, and functional washer /dryer. It’s a little confusing about where to enter and the parking allotment when you first arrive but the provided instructions are fairly clear. The shared area near the water includes a small rental house (4 people?) so you shouldBe comfortable with that. There a total of 3 units in the house but the smaller units enter through the back. Overall we had a great stay while attending an event that the other guests were also attending so we were of similar expectations. A/C was good enough. We walked to the bay, swam in the ocean, grocery store about 7 mins away, big oleTv on the first floor. I would stay again if I am seeing a concert at Hampton Coliseum.

No outlets in 2 of the bathrooms!!Light fixtures in 2 of the bedrooms that needed to be replaced loose or no bulbs in fixtures.No pictures (lack of decor) on bedroom walls!!Upstairs was poorly furnished. Very disappointed!!

Inadequate parking, trouble with the door when entering the code. Outdated furniture. Beds hard as a rock. Third bathroom is located on the back porch which includes the washing machine and dryer. No heat at all out there.Not adequate heating downstairs.Had to go get a space heater for that area. No hot water at all in the third bathroom. Only had limited hot water in the other bathrooms. areathetdownstairs.Hot water shortage.
