“The house was amazing, a home from home. It had everything you could need and more. Fabulous view of the river, boats and paddle steamer from the balcony. There's a 5-10 min walk to the shop and small cafe also The Swan Pub, 2 other pubs just few mins further down. Best to book though. Food amazing! Hired boats from Herbert Woods, Potter Heigham, the Seals at Horsey Gap is a must! Not forgetting The Radar Museum, Defford, visit to Wroxham & Norwich Cathedral.”

“We booked this property as the picture on website looked nice. It said we would share bathroom only with people in our party, this was booked as non-refundable. We only book properties with en-suite usually but as said it would only be shared with our party. Once booking came through I checked the postcode and found that the property was down a private road which you could not view on google maps. “This house is a jem. We picked it doe to the excellent reviews and it lived up and exceeded expectations! It has everything you would need beautifully set 10 min drive from King's Lynn. The tennis court and garden are fab, but the house interior and rooms is what really set it apart.
