「We booked this property as the picture on website looked nice. It said we would share bathroom only with people in our party, this was booked as non-refundable. We only book properties with en-suite usually but as said it would only be shared with our party. Once booking came through I checked the postcode and found that the property was down a private road which you could not view on google maps. 「The house was amazing, a home from home. It had everything you could need and more. Fabulous view of the river, boats and paddle steamer from the balcony. There's a 5-10 min walk to the shop and small cafe also The Swan Pub, 2 other pubs just few mins further down. Best to book though. Food amazing! Hired boats from Herbert Woods, Potter Heigham, the Seals at Horsey Gap is a must! Not forgetting The Radar Museum, Defford, visit to Wroxham & Norwich Cathedral.」

The Christmas decorations in the garden were absolutely lovely and added such a festive, welcoming atmosphere. The fizz, biscuits, and crackers were a really thoughtful touch and made our arrival extra special. Highly recommended — we will definitely be back.」
