「Unfortunately we were not well informed on the heating situation until the morning of check in. The wood burning stove that is listed in the description and in the pictures... does not exist. It is a generator under the deck with a plug in fireplace. It definitely kills any romantic mood you might be feeling listening to a generator and smelling gas. 「This was our dream stay. Isolated from everything with two separate hangout areas so we could each have our own space to hang out, nap, and read. It was the perfect weekend getaway for two introverts on our one year wedding anniversary. Bring your own groceries and lots of cozy clothes and cuddle up for a weekend like we did. You won’t regret it!」

「Cabin was clean, beds comfortable and linens were clean. The cabin does not include coffee or water - bare bones. I would have like more flat surfaces in the bedrooms to place personal belongings. Adequate charging outlets. Phone service is sketchy but good wifi allowing internet calling. Not within walking distance of eating areas but there is a convenience (mostly fishing) store next door open during reg business hours with great coffee.
