“The location of this hotel is great and very easy to get to by the metro. The price was also okay, but you get what you pay for. The room is in desperate need of an upgrade. It was very dusty, and there was mold in the bathroom. It was just too dirty to enjoy. Give this place a miss unless you only care about the location.”

“This appears to be a scam listing. Do not book this property. I reserved and fully paid for this apartment for a five-day trip. Despite the booking being confirmed, I had still not received any check-in instructions one day before my arrival. I contacted the property several times but received no response. On the day of check-in, I arrived at the listed address, but there was no staff member, agent, or anyone available to facilitate my check-in. I was left standing outside the property with my……

“I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Tbilisi. Staying in a “castle” is such a unique experience compared to a typical franchise hotel. The environment was very comfortable, and the view over Tbilisi was amazing. The location was convenient, with easy access to many attractions. The staff were polite, helpful, and very responsive via WhatsApp, which made communication smooth and efficient. The only small issue was that the shower temperature occasionally fluctuated between hot……

"The hotel is well maintained and clean. No smell in the room as many hotels in the old town has problem with their pipe smell. Breakfast is excellent with many good choices of healthy food. Staff are polite and helpful. It is close to the meeting points of some day tours but it is a little bit far from the central part of old street by walking. "
