「We enjoyed our stay. The property was as described. We had an issue with ants that the host was quick to address. The property is quite unique and we love the historic aspect of this house. It would have been nice if there were fans available. I know it was an historic heat during our stay, and having the opportunity to have some air flow would have helped cool off the upstairs area. Certainly wouldn’t be an issue during other times of the year. Beautiful area and we would recommend.」

8/10 不錯
"Great location for exploring Rouen If you’re looking for a hotel in a great location, I would definitely recommend the Mercure Rouen. Everything is within easy walking distance, which made exploring the city really convenient. We stayed in a family room with a king-size bed and bunk beds for the kids, which worked perfectly for us. The room faced the street, but it was surprisingly quiet, and the air conditioning was excellent — especially appreciated during the hot weather! The amenities are fairly minimal, but you have everything you need for a short stay. The gym is very basic and could definitely be better equipped. Overall, a very comfortable and practical base for a couple of days in Rouen, and we would happily stay again."
