“Self check-in machine sucks as my booking was not recognised. Still needs a person to sort things out. Importantly, Taiwan is not a province of Taiwan. This is so stupid.”

“Friendly staff. Location is excellent just at the central station.”

“Pro: Convenient location. Just around the corner from Arlanda Express terminal. Excellent heathy breakfast choice ( some ingredients are organic or gluten free. Con: Drainage in bathroom needs improvement. Easily flooded. As it is in central location, it can be slightly noisy with traffic or neighbouring pubs at night.”

“Great location. Good breakfast. Quiet room. Walkable distance to many attractions.”

“A convenient place near train station. And so many kinds of food’s restaurants around the hotel.”

“Bed was squeaky and dated and breakfast room was understaffed and at times not able to provide even basic utensils and clean table. But location was excellent and staffs (especially the front desk) were exceptional”

“The twin bed room is too small for two people to move around. Plus not standard for rooms with windows. Some are full window from ceiling to floor while some are half way from ceiling and guests can hardly see the window. Suggest to describe clearly what the window type is upon booking. ”

“Great location. Great room. Fantastic service. Maybe you will hear the noise from the night club nearby.”

“Miss Clara is one of my preferred hotels when visiting Stockholm due to its beautiful interior, warm hospitality and convenient location. I was warmly greeted by Daniel and swiftly checked in. The hotel's new whatsapp concierge system makes it easy to communicate one's needs with the Miss Clara Front Desk Team. Any requests are promptly assisted with. Thank you for another wonderful stay!”
