*No cats will be in the property in August 2025.* This property is perfect for a family that need separate area for friends or have a big family Or maybe you need you need a private area for grandparents or young adults. This property is our second home and it's located in an idyllic and child-friendly area in Norrtälje, Stockholm. Just 10 minutes by car you find Norrtälje with shops and restaurants.

The big house has 4 bedrooms and 1 loft, 7 beds and 7-9 sleeps. One bathroom.

The guesthouse ,that is self contained, have one room with 1 double bed, 1 loftbed for a small child, bathroom and kitchen. The houses is connected with a deck where you can come together for dinner and activities.

*No cats in the cottage in August 2025* Some weeks, often during school holidays, every year it’s possible that the house will include our 2 cats which is very childfriendly and easy to take care of. During this weeks is not possible to bring own animals.

It's just a 5 minute walk to the ocean with a nice beach suitable for families and a football field next to it. It is just 45 minutes from Stockholm if you would like to explore for one day. You need to have a car to have a comfortable stay.

We are a family with 3 children, 15-17 years old so we have toys and an outside trampoline for that age but also for younger children.

We also have a couple of bikes, a canoe, simple fishing gear and lots of other things suitable for families.

One of the beds are in the loft area with stairs and here you find a king size bed but it's not full standing headroom.

In the garden you have different areas for dining, one with a roof. We have a large dining table for 10 or more both inside and outside.

We don't smoke and do not allow smoking inside.

We also have our main house in Stockholm available for rent so we have lot of experience taking care of quests.

Heaven on earth

We were an eclectic group of nine staying in the house and guest cottage. The property is gorgeous and has absolutely everything you could need. It's instantly relaxing and very comfortable. You can feel all the love that has gone into the property as soon as you walk through the door. The surrounding countryside and the beach nearby are breathtaking and all just an hour from central Stockholm. Thank you Therese.

Little Swedish paradise

We really enjoyed our stay. The two houses are even more beautiful than in the photos. Everything is very lovingly furnished, well thought out and just perfect for families with children. The property is huge, very well maintained and offers many opportunities to spend wonderful days. The communication with the owner was flawless, super reliable and more than friendly.

Lovely Cottage

In the newly renovated holiday home, nothing was left to be desired. Fully equipped with several places to sunbathe and relax around the house. A total peace paradise with a few minutes walk to the beach. A few minutes by car to Norrtälje with all shops and restaurants. Only 15 minutes to Östernäs for the ferry to the archipelago.

Sehr schönes, helles, gepflegtes Cottage. Voll ausgestattet. Ruhige, strandnahe Lage. Toller Blick in den Garten. Die Rehe kommen bis zum Haus. Wir haben auch einen Elch von der Veranda aus gesehen.

Schöne Unterkunft!

Wir haben mit 5 Personen unseren Urlaub in dieser Unterkunft sehr genossen. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Sehr schön sind die überdachte Terasse, die vielen Spielmöglichkeiten für Groß und Klein. Therese ist sehr unkompliziert und hilfsbereit.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus

Wir waren zu siebt (zwei Familien - vier Erwachsene, zwei Kinder, ein Jugendlicher) und haben zwei wunderbare Wochen in diesem Haus verbracht. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, die Aussicht aus dem Wohnzimmer und von der Terrasse ist traumhaft. Das ein oder andere heimische Tier (Fuchs, Rotwild) haben wir auch regelmäßig zu sehen bekommen. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht: Waschmaschine, Wäschetrockner, Spülmaschine, Backofen, Herd, Kaffeemaschine, diverse andere Küchengeräte, TV, WLAN, Klimaanlage, usw. Es stehen eine Vielzahl an Sportgeräten zur Verfügung: Fahrräder, Kanu, SUP, Trampolin, Angeln. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich, die Einweisung war sehr gut, auch haben wir eine Vielzahl von Tipps zu Unternehmungen und Ausflugszielen von den Eigentümern erhalten. Einziges Manko ist vielleicht nur die Tatsache, dass das Haus nur über ein Badezimmer mit Toilette verfügt. Wenn man allerdings nur eine Familie (2 Erwachsene und 2 bis 3 Kinder) im Haus ist, ist das sicherlich kein Problem. ☺️ Fazit: alles super, gerne wieder!

Schönes Feriendomizil für Familien ....Haus mit viel persönlichem, schwedischen Charme

Das Haus ist geräumig und bietet viel Platz im Garten und auf der Terasse. Die Aussicht in den Garten ist traumhaft und immer wieder mal spaziert das eine oder andere heimische Tier vorbei. Die Einrichtung ist neuwertig. Es ist alles da was man für einen längeren Aufenthalt braucht. (Kaffeemaschine, Spülmaschine, Waschmaschime, Trockner, etc). Am See (gut zu Fuss erreichbar) kann man das Kanu verwenden und ist im Haus eine Vielzahl von Freizeitequipement vorhanden (Trampolin, Standup Paddel, Wasserpistolen, Bälle, Räder in verschiedenen Größen, Angeln, und vieles mehr). Die Lage ist ruhig, jedoch ist die nächste Stadt Nortalje gut mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Die Vermieter sind Supernett und haben uns sogar noch mit Infos zu Ausflugzielen versorgt. In der Nähe gibt es einen Reiterhof. Es hat uns mit unseren 3 Kindern (10, 7, 7) richtig gut gefallen. Jederzeit wieder!

Hallo, unsere Gruppe hat sich in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Sie waren beeindruckt von dem großzügigen Platz im Haus. Unsere Gruppe hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt und haben die Zeit genossen. Man kann viel unternehmen - auch Stockholm ist gut zu erreichen. Therese hat uns herzlich Willkommen geheißen und stand uns mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Auch im Vorfeld war Therese für die problematische Buchung sehr behilflich und unkompliziert. Alles super und gerne wieder !
