「Staff service was amazing. Free upgrade, early check in, assistance with bags… just really great from beginning to end. My only complaint is the person who cleaned the room turned off our AC and opened the balcony door on a 95 degree day. This not only took more than 24 hrs to fully cool back down (the ACs don’t work great there) but actually consumes more energy than leaving it on. 」
