“The property is located on the southwest side of the island and with a car is close to beaches and shopping. It is in a gated community with a 24 hour guard. The check in process was easy, the host was responsive and parking was easy. However, the unit did not match the photos or description. While we did have a balcony it was covered with debris. There was a boat docked right at our balcony and since we were on the first floor (which we did not expect from the listing description and photos),……

“There were cockroaches on the walls/no sheets on one bed/ no toilet paper in two bedrooms. The whole place smelled of urine and mold. I left a day early. I messaged them about the situation and they never responded.”

“We booked this condo in August with a stay for 1 night on December 26. On December 24 - Christmas Eve - the host contacted us and cancelled. They offered us a 3-bedroom condo in the same building and offered to send photos. Because it was less than 48 hours before our arrival and Christmas time, I tried to find other accommodations in Nassau and everything was booked. So I told them we would take it and asked for the pictures they had offered. We got no response from the host. On Friday December……

Stephanie has thought of everything. The kitchen is perfectly equipped for short or long stays. The balcony is a lovely place to sit and have a morning coffee in the sun. Love Beach is a ten minutes walk away, Jaws Beach is also a lovely beach, 12 minutes away by car. Grocery and liquor stores are within 10 to 15 minutes drive away.……
