「The room was non-smoking but smelled of stale smoke. The welcome desk and lobby was behind locked doors during check in and check out so if there were amenities they could not be access by the guests. $100 cleaning fee was charged and had to call for refund.」

「The front desk did not inform us about other amenities such as free breakfast or Wi-Fi until asked for. Upon arriving in our room, we were greeted by a roach. After complaining and switching rooms, there was no roach, but the fridge was stained with food stains and looked like it wasn’t cleaned for a while. The bedside USB charger was completely smashed and unusable. The bathroom/closet door doesn’t close all the way. 」
