  • Located in a quiet residential neighborhood, close to Exit 1 off I-20. Easily accessible to everything North Augusta and Augusta has to offer- SRP Park, Broad Street, The Greenway and more! Great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families. Dog friendly.

    Light filled, open living room and dining room. Full kitchen with rolling island and huge fridge. King sized bed in the primary bedroom suite. Two queen sized beds, one full sized bed, and convertible sofa to a full sized bed.

Over all we are rating this house as a 3. There was a big clump of hair in the primary bedroom shower drain and all the towels smelled liked cigarette smoke. Booking and communication with the owner of this property was great though.

This house was perfect for our long weekend! We came in for the Aiken Steeplechase with 2 teens and a dog. The house was well equipped, comfortable beds, fenced in backyard, and outdoor table that was nice for dinner outside! The host was great. We left a pair of cleats there accidentally and he was very accommodating and helpful for us to retrieve them after our booking was completed. We’d recommend for anyone in need of a house rental!

Mid Century Modern Retreat

We very much enjoyed the property, it is a spacious house. Very nice neighborhood, quiet, great backyard area, it was like being in the country but actually very close to town. I would definitely recommend this property to others and would stay here again myself.

Excellent stay!

This location was just two minutes from our daughter's house! The rooms were clean. The house itself was very roomy for our needs. Would recommend others staying here. Minor issues: could not find any trash bags for the kitchen wastecan but used store plastic bags and made it works.

Quiet convenient location

We had a nice stay at Stanton Hill. It was well suited for our family of young kids and our dog. The location is great for access to both North Augusta and Augusta. Easy to check in and responsive host!

Quaint location

We had family in from out of state and needed a place for them for a few days. While hotels are nice, a home provides opportunity to relax more. This fit the bill quite well.

Nice house in quiet neighborhood

The house was great for our 4-day guys trip to Augusta. Chris checked in with us and was very responsive. The house was well supplied; however, there was no BBQ grill as pictures indicated. Aside from that, we had no major issues and the neighborhood was nice and quiet and closely located to our activities.

Chris was great to work with. We had a long term stay waiting for a property to be finished and Chris was patient, and very helpful. He was responsive to all requests and questions. The house met our needs, was well equipped and the neighborhood is safe.

I felt safe, the neighborhood was quiet and the property was clean. Some of the reviews gave cleanliness 4 stars.And I just want to point out that it may be because this is an older house.So everything doesn't look all new and pristine like some of the newer houses. The house was clean.The towels were clean.The dishes were clean.Everything was nice. Chris was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. If I ever need a place to stay in the area again, I will look at Chris' listing first.

Just my experience

I was highly disappointed that I was unable to enjoy my stay. Upon arrival, the backyard did not look the picture given. Also, the keypad was not working, so we could not stay. I wish the owner would have communicated that the area look as bad as it did sooner, so I could’ve just canceled before my actual date.
