“First of all we checked in late so I sent the hotel a message. Good thing I did because their office closes around 9 PM. Make sure you check in if you're going to be late. They left us a key card somewhere with instructions. We ended up transferring rooms next day. The hostess on site was beyond phenomenal friendly knowledgable asked to book us reservations, etc. went away and beyond every hotel we visited during our trip across Canada. Also the view! 10/10 recommend. Clean quiet place!!!!”

“This was a great location. Walking distance to restaurants and Sunset Park which delivered! The rooms were cleaned but tired, a refresh is needed. “My husband said thank God I was too sick to attend the event we were going to. He was there by himself. the room stunk and had mosquitoes. When he mentioned it they gave him the air freshener and bug spray to do it himself. ! The key didn't work and the response was they were having issues and had to get new locks. Looked like it was out of the 1930's. He asked for a discount because only he was there plus not great accommodation. Flat no was the response. They knew everything in the area was……

“I stayed here for three nights while attending my daughters' Nipissing graduation. The room was merely okay. It smelled a bit mouldy after the rain. It could definitely use a fresh coat of paint and the bathroom was starting to fall apart. However, (and for the price) everything worked as I needed it to; hence the "okay" rating. The staff is friendly and helpful. I noticed the first floor rooms all got new mattresses (they were lined up in the hallway) and mine was perfectly comfortable. They……

“Small hotel, priced right, everything worked as it should wonderful owner , Clean , Not poshy, everything wirkedcrr well, fridge With freezer made ice, little coffees pot worked great, iron with ironing board, excellent pressure in the shower My point is sometimes you pay big money at a big hotel and half the stuff doesn’t work or they haven’t changed the bedsheets. This place was not pushy but very well maintained very well. Kept fresh sheets. Everything worked good shower pressure……
