“Check in was a nightmare. They didn’t take the deposit, person on reception pretended to only speak Spanish, had to mess on through WhatsApp to get code. Door had been kicked in to the apartment, door bangs all the time with the wind. False advertising of NO SWIMMING POOL, pictures show swimming pool, argued every day via WhatsApp about no pool. Plaster coming of walls only painted over, door frames damaged, toaster in disgusting state, mini oven didn’t work, pictures hanging of wall, have……

“Overpriced for the quality and cleanliness of the room. Was charged an additional 15 PER PERSON fee upon check in, while the host’s external portal only listed 15 (which is against VRBO’s code of conduct). The door to the balcony doesn’t lock and the balcony directly connects to the balcony of the neighboring room, which is extremely unsafe. Upon arrival there were drops of a sticky brown liquid on the ground and in the refrigerator. As for the wall unit AC, it does not fit snugly into the wall……

“We had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed our time here. The property was comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was convenient, making it easy to explore the area while also providing a relaxing place to unwind especially on the beach! One of our favorite perks was the free trolley, which made it easy to get around and explore the surrounding area without worrying about driving or parking. South Beach was also just a short Uber or Lyft ride away, making it convenient to enjoy the……
