Welcome, football fans! This is a shared home for the 2026 World Cup. You'll be staying alongside other international guests, but as your host, I do not live on the property.
· You'll have your own private lockable bedroom.
· The living room, kitchen, bathrooms, and dining area are shared with other guests. NYC is only about 15 minutes by ferry or 25 minutes by bus (depending on traffic)
Our beautiful Bedroom with desk, queen-size bed, wi-fi, tv perfect for someone who values comfort in peaceful environment w/free parking street, safe Neighborhoods. Our place is equipped for everyday living, long stays available with kitchen, wash & dryer. Our shared bathroom is always clean. Our place is near. Minimum stay: 30+ days plus. Friendly guest host. Service dogs must be confirmed before booking. Close to Liberty International Airport (EWR). This place is only for adult with minimum
age of 25-year-old, not suitable for children. No smoking, no visitors allowed.
If you enjoy loud music and arguments and like invite friends over, this place is not suitable for you.
