“The villa is in a nice, secluded spot with direct access to calm, shallow water that’s ideal for kayaking and paddleboarding. We enjoyed jet skis, relaxing by the pool, and having a private chef during our stay. MJ, the house manager, was attentive and very responsive throughout. This was our third time staying here, and it was another great experience!”

“The house is beautifully designed and every detail is thought of. The owners are extremely responsive and the love and attention to detail they have for the home comes through in every detail. We were here on a work trip so unfortunately did not get to enjoy the beach much, but there was a dedicated attendant that helped set everything up for guests which was a really nice perk. “Twelve Palms is a phenomenal property. It is exactly as it appears in the photos. It was beautiful, spotless (including the pool), and had everything we needed for fun and relaxation.The kitchen was fully stocked with pans, utensils and dishes allowing us to cook our own meals in our personal resort. The beds are extra comfy and I slept a heavenly 9-10 hours every night.Highly recommend!”

“I’ve rented several properties on different platforms, different destinations and this is for sure one of the most beautiful views. HOWEVER, the house is old and needs lots of maintenance. We booked this house for 9 days but had to depart on the 3rd day, due to rodent infestation(!) We didn’t feel comfortable staying another day there. For the amount we’ve paid, the house felt short. Everything is dated, there are TV wires hanging on the walls, the outdoor bbq area is totally rusted and not……

“Great location!! Very clean. Everything you need is available. Toiletries, paper towels, soap, detergent. It was nice not to worry about grocery shopping for those products. Easy communication with the owner. Very close to shops and restaurants. Beach chairs and cooler was a great convenience. The beach was very windy. So we really enjoyed the pool. Great vacation!!!”

“We travel all over the Caribbean and this property was one of the cleanest and nicest we’ve stayed in for the money hands down. We walked in and thought the house was new construction only to find out it was 7 years old! It was in phenomenal shape. The community sport court included a brand new pickle ball court and an awesome gym that we found ourselves enjoying every morning. The property itself has a really nice private pool and is a two minute walk from an amazing beach that we had pretty……
