“Their customer service is very poor. They have a policy if your local you have to put down a $200 deposit. I was moving out of my home and needed a place to stay. I am a 70 year old man. I feel they need to rethink this when dealing with grown ups. She was very rude and treated me like I was beneath her.”

“The hotel quality does not match the price at all, about 600dollar per night, but the quality of the hotel facilities, such as the bed and shower room design, is horrible; there is no door for the shower, and the water was splashed outside when you are taking a shower and you feel cold too. The shower head is high and you have to raise your head to avoild your hair wet. For example, the desk light was broken. Furnitures are old... Never come again.”

“This property is right on the ocean! Great view. The hotel restaurant had some of the best food we ate during our 4-night stay. The hotel was clean, but it has some age, and it needs some cosmetic maintenance. We would stay again.”
