「Easy to accommodate a late check in, kind staff, clean building and rooms! Easy to get around the area without a car. 」

「Overall property was great close especially if you are coming to any sporting events everything is within walking distance. Also from the valet and all staff inside of hotel everyone was helpful. I did not try out the gym but everything was great for the price to be in Uptown Charlotte. 」

「The hotel quality does not match the price at all, about 600dollar per night, but the quality of the hotel facilities, such as the bed and shower room design, is horrible; there is no door for the shower, and the water was splashed outside when you are taking a shower and you feel cold too. The shower head is high and you have to raise your head to avoild your hair wet. For example, the desk light was broken. Furnitures are old... Never come again.」

「The hotel is clean, staff is kind and helpful, large rooms and good location. Unfortunately, our room was not ready on time. While the wait was less than 1 hour, we had just arrived in town after a long drive.The room and bathroom lighting is dim.」
