“The apartment is just off of Belt Line Road near Addison. This puts it close to innumerable restaurants. It's in a residential area so overall pretty quiet. WiFi was fast, and the neighborhood felt safe. Has a wash/dryer in the apartment. The apartment has a good layout. It's a 2nd floor apartment. The owner responds very quickly to messages. Overall a good rental. One star off due to living room furniture being a little small and uncomfortable and the kitchen not having any……

“Convenient location for us in uptown section of Dallas. Just as it appeared online. Appreciated the coffee provided the first morning! No drawers available for clothes, so have to live out of suitcases- a few hangers in the closets. Two suitcase racks provided. Nice little patio out back. Dryer did not get hot. Very walkable neighborhood with restaurants and Whole foods nearby.”

“Sure beat a hotel room! Gives you the "at home" feeling. Property manager answered all messages in a timely manner. Only issue we had was the ceiling fan stopped working. The remote batteries were drained. Property manage was attending a Graduation, but found time to drop off the batteries. He did not disturb us - rang the bell and left them in the door. He messaged us and told us where the batteries were located. Only repairs that I saw that need attention are: 1) Bath tub faucets need……

“My husband and I stayed at this location over a long weekend. The townhome was very nice and clean and the neighborhood was quiet. We enjoyed our stay.”

“The property was quiet and secluded. The only downside to me was the lack of tvs in the condo...1 tv and it was located downstairs in the living room. The bedrooms could definitely use a tv”

“This was a great place to stay with teens. I thought nothing could amaze them any longer but this place did. There was plenty of space to spread out and plenty of technology to appease them. Also loved the kitchen…popcorn maker and hotdog machine, blender for making milkshakes with Blue Bell ice cream. Kitchen was stocked with lots of extras and it was so nice to not have to buy giant sizes of things we’d just have to throw away at the end of the stay. Loved the Texas shaped pool, the go Karts……

“I stayed at this particular VRBO 2 years ago for my 50th birthday to see my daughter. I stayed here again 2 years later because it’s a spectacular VRBO, as well as, the just as well.”

“Didn’t get into property until 4:30 pm due to “cleaners” not being done. The owner didn’t tell how to enter the property and the cleaning lady said to make sure doors were locked at night due to safety! Once entering building it had a weird odor and was no clean. Bedding was nasty, broken fan and light in one room (fan was hanging half way off the ceiling) house was extremely hot and couldn’t turn air on, shower was dirty, food left in the fridge, tv didn’t work, and we found roaches. “Too much complication in access to front entry as well as to bedrooms. Had bed bugs got bitten all over”

“It was such a pleasure, we loved everything about it. Such sweet hosts and we had everything we needed. We will be back, when in the area. Thank you so much!”

“Access was explained very well! Parking is close to back entrance which was a plus! Inside the step down from kitchen area to den was problematic at times. Older couples may need better marking of the step down to make it more ADA compliant! Would have preferred a toaster rather than toaster/oven but it was fine! A hair dryer would have been nice in the bathroom! Otherwise, this property fitted our needs for a long stay in Dallas to help my parents transition into an assisted living facility!”

“There was a lady at the front desk who was quite unfriendly, she gave us one room that was already occupied, and she didn't even apologize when we went downstairs to find her a another room, which gave me a very bad impression of this hotel.”
