Lavender Escape, Near the Airport & Restaurants

The Lavender Escape has easy access to the interstate to commute to our beautiful beaches, parks, & Shopping !



The Space:

We provide WiFi and have a Smart TV in the living room with access to Netflix, Hulu, YouTube, etc. No Pets Allowed. Check in easily via the keypad on the front door. All of our beds have mattresses & pillows. We provide clean towels, freshly made beds, and bathroom essentials.

The Kitchen is fully ready to go with a refrigerator, range, microwave, coffee maker, dishwasher, silverware, plates, bowls, and basic cooking tools. There's a washer and dryer inside the laundry room.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire property. EXCEPT the Garage.



The Neighborhood:

It's a quiet and established neighborhood. Right outside of the neighborhood is a main road in North Charleston, Ashley Phosphate, which has plenty of restuarants and stores nearby.



Getting Around:

You will need a car to around. It's only 10 minutes to Airport, restaurants, and shopping. Live like a local!



Other Things to Note:

There's a grill in the backyard but you must supply your own propane. Please clean the grill afterwards though. Otherwise we will have to charge a $50 cleaning fee.



Neighborhood Quiet Hours from 10pm-8am. If violated the city will issue a $1047 fine.



No boats, trailers, or box trucks



Mid-Stay Cleaning for Longer Stays

For stays longer than 10 days, a mandatory mid-stay cleaning is required to help keep the home fresh and comfortable throughout your visit. This helps ensure the property remains in great condition for your enjoyment. The mid-stay cleaning fee will be collected once the booking has commenced, and the cleaning will be scheduled prior to stay.



No Smoking Allowed. Violators will be fined a minimum of $250 for in-room smoke damages. Smoking is ONLY permitted outside of the property, but please try to keep at least 10 feet from the doors to keep smoke from trailing inside.



There's a Ring Doorbell located near the Front Door.



Interaction with Guests:

I give my guests space but am available when needed. With our Smart Lock you do self check in so we rarely meet guests. I’m available via phone or text and if you don’t get a response you can always contact my team.
