“The best vacation I’ve had in years. Couples staff takes care of everything from the welcome right at the bus, to the way they get to know the guests. The room was clean and the amenities were unparalleled. I would recommend Couples resort to anyone who would here. Truly a magical experience.”

“We rate all the hotel staff 100%. We could not fault them at all. My partner suffered an injury at the end of our holiday and she was looked after by all. Everyone was caring and friendly. They could not do enough to help. She would like to thank everyone for their care and friendliness.
The food was excellent, the meals we had in Casanova were the best we have ever eaten in an all inclusive hotel. It was fine dining at its best.
Hotel, rooms and outdoor areas were spotlessly clean and well……
