The cozy home is set back from the road, with woodland views on every side. It is only 10 minutes from town but in a quiet, secluded woodland area. All amenities: HD cable, 47' HD Flat screen in the living room, individual flat screens in every bedroom (all Roku equipped), Broadband Wi-Fi. Large deck, charcoal grill (April through October), screened sun/play porch, large private yard with masonry fire / S'mores pit. The 6-person Jacuzzi is maintained meticulously for Year-Round use. It is a peaceful location just minutes from North Conway. 5 minutes from Cranmore Mountain Adventure Park, 10 minutes to Storyland & Outlet Shopping, and 15 minutes to Attitash. Bear Peak and Echo Lake State Park. It is the best of both worlds - minutes from town via back road access, avoiding traffic, but in a quiet, very private woodland setting. Note: There is a security camera on the driveway and garage as we are set back from the road and nicely secluded. Unfortunately, our online calendar tells the world when the house is vulnerable!
