The room was nice and clean, easy check in and nice pool area only complaint is the walls are very thin you can hear eveything happening around you and ur neighbors… but I expected that. Everything else was very nice though!

Supposed to be smoke free room. However, neighbors had ashtray on their windowsill, my room smelled of smoke and marijuana. They tried to keep up but bathroom especially is a homeowner special and not professionally done. Missing board under sink, glue on tile floor, the tub is jetted (gross) but access panel was taped closed. Area is great so explored, lots of restaurants, only slept here. Wouldn’t return here.

Bad first impression. We were checked in and then the front desk person checked to see if our room was ready. It was not. They then asked us to give them an extra 30 minutes to complete the clean. Just started off kind of bad, but we had no problems there.

It was dark outside by the time we arrived to check in to this location and we had great difficulty finding it since the signage was not lit up. In addition, the free breakfast consisted of the receptionist grabbing either a breakfast sandwich for muffin and juice for you. This was totally inadequate and I consider this to be false advertising. We spent another $40 for breakfast. We saw other travelers running across the 4 lane road to get their breakfast at McDonalds. This is dangerous and unacceptable. We were very disappointed with both the terrible lighting at night and the basically nonexistent "Free Breakfast". We will not stay here again.

There was no breakfast as advertised on the website and based on others reviews. I went down and asked the front desk and she said”we don’t have breakfast, but I can throw something in the microwave for you”, I obviously declined and was super disappointed because it states that it’s a full breakfast. Also, there were several guests smoking cigarettes outside the door and inside their room, that is all you smelled the entire time. The pool is a joke too. I recommend staying elsewhere.

This is a really cute budget friendly hotel. It’s going under renovation so there’s some construction going on but the rates reflect that right in the heart of North Conway where there’s all kinds of great outlet shopping and great restaurants. Hotel also has a washer and dryer which came in very handy for us Owners are very friendly. We will definitely stay there again.

Quick overnight getaway

We took a last minute trip to celebrate my husband's birthday. Staff was friendly, quick and eager to help. Breakfast is included but nothing great, microwavable breakfast sandwiches, juice and a piece of fruit. The property needs work on the outside but inside the room was nice for a short stay. Room was very clean and seemed to have been recently redone. Bathroom was nice, clean and bright. Bed was comfortable. Would have like a more comfortable chair in the room.
