“This listing is really for a couple. For the third person advertised sleeps on a leather couch. King bed is great. The bathroom is very small and the water pressure is low in the shower. The stairs are steep going up to the bedroom and bath. Could be hard for an older person. This is an original cabin that was moved from Brown Co. Great location to convenience. The owner, Kimberly , was very nice and accommodating.”

“I think it should be noted that you have to travel through one bedroom to get to the other two bedrooms, which was weird and inconvenient for those of us staying in that room. Other than that it was very nice and we would stay again.”

“Very good spot in Indy, a five minute walk to several good restaurants and bars. Near Broadripple and Butler University. Parking on the street and behind the house too. Very hot shower with good water pressure. A large smart TV in the living room. New kitchen appliances. Three bedrooms upstairs too.”

“When we arrived there was a minor issue that needed attention. The host responded right away and addressed it immediately. Very impressed with the response. Great location, close to downtown, breweries, coffee shops, and some great restaurants. Amazing architectural gems nearby in the Butler University area. Highly recommend!”

“This property is amazing! The home is clean, charming, and private. The neighborhood is calm and quite peaceful! We travel with 3 small furbabies, and the fenced in yard is a Godsend! We are impressed with the comfort of the rooms! There are many thoughtful items provided by Bill and Heather! Spices, coffees, toiletries, and gas grill.... so many items to assist one's stay! “This was a wonderful place to stay. The instructions to get in are the clearest I’ve seen. There were sheets and blanket for the pull-out couch in the closet. It was extremely clean and well-maintained. There were straightforward instructions on checking out. The only thing is the second night there were folks riding up and down mass avenue blasting music. Not the fault of the accommodation at all and they provided ear plugs.”
