"Staff were very helpful and assisted with my requests that I had regarding letting them know about a maintenance request. No one had made them aware that it needed attention. Staff were very thankful that they were notified and had the problem resolved quickly."

"We've stayed here several times and will definitely stay again. Two minor details: the leaves on the artificial trees in the common area are heavily coated with dust. We observed this during our stay last year too. Not sure how to clean these though. The second thing was a $111+ charge applied to my credit card upon check-in. I thought it was for a security deposit. After the charge was posted several days later, I called the property to ask what the charge was for. The gentleman I spoke with promptly refunded the charge."

"Honestly the amenities was the only complaint. We went to use the pool at 9pm. Most of the lights were off. It was super creepy. Another guy came in with his kids. Together we were trying to find the lights and were joking about it looking like a horror movie scene. I gave up, went to the front desk and was told, "The lights are on a dimmer per corporate. It's supposed to be romantic." I could tell this was like the hundredth time he'd had to explain that. I asked, "Can you turn it up? Me and another parent would appreciate it. Our kids think it looks creepy." He apologized. Not the front desk guys fault. He was helpful. I told the other parent and he says, "Romantic?! If I brought a woman here, she'd run like hell!" Please consider turning the lights on for the patrons. It's genuinely not romantic. It just looks lazy and run down."
