「It's a very safe place for families to stay and great place for dining with friends. Wonderful polite staff who are ready to serve you all the times. I didn't find anything negative in my week long stay with this beautiful place. The staff deserves 5 Big Stars for their hospitality. Thanks!」

「the place is ok. the staff is nice and will get you most things on request. though the issue of english can be slightly challening -also at the front dest. overall the place is nice and clean enough, though the bedding seems a but worn... also, the website still says there is a restaurant facility. this is not the case. you can order food to your room., but there is no place for you to stay/sit outside the room.」

「There is no buffet breakfast, neither was informed to us earlier during check in. Room size was okay. However, pillows had not been changed, they were dirty. Kettle for making tea was dirty. Overall very disappointing stay, my advice book somewhere else. 」

「It was terrible experience and had to wait for 1 hour to check in and later the TV did not work. I was told to wait for 10 mins which eventually was 2 hours and when i went down to reception the hotel person had not informed anyone on it and again they had to find alternate room to allocate me. So overall i had to wait for 3+ hours in order to get a proper room.」

「The property failed to reserve a room despite advance booking and payment and yet wanted me to check out ASAP. The room itself was in a dilapidated state. The bathroom has broken toilet seat ,clogged sink and the taps just had scalding hot water. Any complaints regarding the above were ignored and the rain was blamed for the bad experience 」
