“Such a warm welcome. A friendly, comfortable home-from-home in the most beautiful location, right by the beach.
We were lucky enough to stay in the family suite which has 2 bedrooms & a bathroom - much nicer than all squeezing into one hotel room!

“On arrival we were greeted by Alison one of the owners & she gave us an idea of our bearings this was fantastic and really began a wonderful relationship for the whole stay.
The room was small but extremely functional for us both and really comfortable and clean, only a couple of minor issues with maybe updating a few things but everything worked and we were extremely happy for the duration of our stay

“Barton Instow Guest house is a jewel in the crown. A lovely old converted farmhouse nestled in the Instow countryside but only a short walk to the beautiful beach front. The bed was clean and comfortable, towels dressing gowns and toiletries are also provided. Cold milk was available each evening for a morning cuppa in your room before an amazing breakfast choice of delicious food.
