“The property is located on a beautiful beach just steps away. There are grocery stores near by. The sites on the North end of the island are also close by. Spent a day on a boat with Cpt Riley from Spanish Wells Charter and had an amazing time! Southern attractions are a little farther away but not bad. Plenty of local places to eat and the food is great!! If you are looking for a place to relax and unwind this is the place you are looking for!sites are a little farther away but not to far.”

“Chatterbox is a beautiful well kept house. It's ideally and centrally located; everything is within walking distance. It's close to the beach, supermarket, wine and liquor stores, top restaurants, bakeries and local conch and fish shacks. Service was super and communication channels with the host was excellent. No question was too insignificant to answer. The house was clean and fully furnished with top of the line appliances and amenities. We will definitely be back!”

“Every year a bunch of friends choose a spot in the Bahamas to go and spend 4-5 days and enjoy fishing, swimming and local hot spots. This years choice was perfect for us. We were able to keep our 62’ boat on site for the guys to take out daily for morning fishing. Ladies would hang back at the house and swim in pool or take golf carts (which I highly recommend your renting) and go to beach or local bar/restaurant. Edsol, an onsite property mgr would stop by daily to see if we had any issues. One……
