“The property is a dream - a whimsy Bahaman escape! It was perfect for our mixed group of family and friends, 7 adults and 2 kids. After a long day at the beach we would return to Saltbox to rinse in the outdoor shower and then enjoy the rest of the day in the pool where the loungers are shaded. We went lobster spearing and used the “grill” to cook our catch and set a beautiful table with the linens and tableware provided. Spent a day on a boat with Cpt Riley from Spanish Wells Charter and had an amazing time! Southern attractions are a little farther away but not bad. “Every year a bunch of friends choose a spot in the Bahamas to go and spend 4-5 days and enjoy fishing, swimming and local hot spots. This years choice was perfect for us. We were able to keep our 62’ boat on site for the guys to take out daily for morning fishing. Ladies would hang back at the house and swim in pool or take golf carts (which I highly recommend your renting) and go to beach or local bar/restaurant. “Wonderful home and wonderful hosts. The week went by too fast. Super close to the beach. House had everything you would need. Golf cart provided full transport all over the island for us. Our hosts arranged dinner reservations, solved a golf cart issue and provided a daily housekeeper for us. We felt at ease and relaxed without a care in the world during our stay.
