「The motel was okay for a short stay, and the staff was friendly. However, the room wasn’t very clean. Housekeeping is only provided upon request, and I noticed quite a bit of hair on the bathroom floor and even on the bed linens, which was disappointing. I hope they improve their cleaning standards.」

「My two daughters and I normally stay in 5 star hotels when vacationing. This trip was a last minute getaway to Wisconsin Dells. I looked at different hotels in the area, but most of them were booked and/or slightly higher in cost for the dates we needed. Then I started looking at motels. There were many to choose from, but again we normally don't stay at motels. So, I am looking at all the reviews and one particular motel kept coming up with 4.8 to 5 star reviews. It was the Black Hawk Motel....
