「Four of us - 2 adults and 2 teens - spent a lovely, last minute trip March 13-15, 2025. The cabin did not disappoint. Nestled along the mighty Madawaska River and tucked down in the forest. We played cards, watched movies, and a sat on the awesome couch with a warm fire while enjoying the views. 「This property is neat and tidy. My family had a great time. A lot of wildlife to see. The solar lights and screened in eating area really made the nights so much better with the fire ban. We could still enjoy the outside and played games. The lake is so clean - we had little fish nibbling our ankles! Too weedy for us for swimming, but we all dipped in! Lounging and looking at the water was really peaceful. No complaints! Super private. Great hosts.」

The listing said there would be things such as wifi and when we arrived we were told we had to bring our own wifi. This did not majorly impact our stay as we still had a good time however it was disappointing to not have amenities that were on the listing.」

「We had a beautiful few days. It was extremely hot outdoors in the sun but the shade from the trees, roofed back deck over looking the lake, two gazebos and enjoying the lake kept us comfortable and the multi-zone heat pump with indoor units in each room kept us cool inside. We enjoyed the stand up paddle boards on the lake and lazing on the dock Great cottage and yard. Hosts were very thoughtful, welcoming and responsive. Thank you! 」
