"BEWARE!!! This was terrible. It’s not a hotel by any means. Located in a bad neighborhood, there is no one there to greet you. We stood on a rotting porch for 15 minutes after ringing the ring doorbell only to be told someone would be there in 2 minutes. The smoke alarm dead battery screech coming from inside told me enough. "Good spot. Not far from timesquare. Nice staff. Wish they had more staff assisting in the morning at the Starbucks. There's no fridge in the standard room. That was incovient."

"Great spacious room for our family of 4. Usually NYC rooms are tiny with no room to put your luggage or items in the bathroom. These rooms were meticulously planned out to maximize space in both the room and bathroom. The hotel was not only newly remodeled but one of the cleanest hotels we’ve ever stayed in. Conveniently located in/near Times Square, theatre district and tons of restaurants, bars and shopping. We’ll definitely stay here again."

They don't provide you with an itemised bill - just a charge on your card. 2 - Air con unit is extremely noisy !!!! 3 - Room was small in comparison 4 - They dont make it clear that there is complimentary coffee available at Cafe Avignon."
