"We were greeted by a very polite young lady at the desk when we arrived were impressed with the cleanliness and layout of our room. The temperature of the room was perfect. The queen bed was comfortable, the bathroom was very clean with plenty of towels and washcloths available. Having a Keurig coffee maker in the room was nice as we like a cup of coffee first thing in the morning. We had a fine breakfast of bagels, muffins and fruit. The coffee was very good. When we’re in Plattsburgh again we will definitely come back to the Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham. "

"We stayed for 4 nights. Everything was ok. Rooms were neat. Bathroom were clean. A/C worked fine. Location was excellent. Close to Burlington and have 3 restaurants within walking distance. The staff were excellent, especially Heather, who helped us move to different room when there was a leak in the bathroom. The only thing was some parts of the hallway in front of rooms with dogs, might smell like a wet dog smell. Some dog barking at nights but ok for the most part. I had to point out that the staff were the stars in this facility."
