「We had a wonderful stay at Bank Mansion. Staff were extremely welcoming, friendly and provided extremely helpful advice and recommendations. Rooms were spacious, clean and showers were excellent. Breakfast was self serviced so felt a little less luxurious, however there was plenty choice and there was an egg and pancake station cooked to order. I would highly recommend and would definitely stay again if returned to Amsterdam.」

「I had a big luggage when I checked in and the staff saw it and helped me to lower the floor I was supposed to stay. Otherwise, I had to carry my luggage to third floor. I booked a single room, the room is tiny but had everything in it. It’s very comfortable and suitable for people who travel single. The location is perfect and the service is perfect. I don’t have a reason to not recommend this hotel to whom is traveling to London. 」

「The night of stay was not good. My party booked two rooms, but, the air conditioning of the room as not cool enough. There is no facial issue and shower cap provided. The blow dryer is very weak and not powerful enough for hair drying. For 120+sq ft room, we did not expect the rooms are so small. I will have four more nights (two rooms again) returning on July 6 and hopefully the rooms assigned are going to be in better quality. The ones we stayed in have ruined the reputation of the Ibis...
