「Heidi is a fantastic host. She made sure we had everything we needed and made herself available to resolve any issues. Cottage is comfortable, quiet, and well equipped. Location is convenient and has plenty of street parking. We didn’t take advantage of the outdoor tubs or bicycles, but they are a thoughtful touch. We would definitely book this property again!」

「Loved this property! I needed a place to stay while visiting my brother who lives nearby. Cozy bedroom with a very comfortable mattress. Huge closet and hotel quality bathroom. While I didn’t need to use the kitchen much, the hostess provided a good amount of amenities. Excellent communication with the hostess too. Would come back here and stay!!!」

「It felt like camping which we were fine with. We spent most of our time hiking and visiting family. We do not recommend taking Tuna Canyon Road as Google Map sent us on. We only made that mistake once.」

「A little eclectic reflecting the owner's Hollywood past. Quiet. Great WiFi. My only suggestion is to bring a plug-in smoke detector. Didn't see one. (No gas hookups so no carbon monoxide issues). Location, Location, Location! Wonderful host !」

The location is ideal, the property itself is in a lovely and convenient location, the hosts are deeply kind and the home is exactly as described. The beds are comfortable (even the sofa bed), the towels are thick, and the kitchen and bathroom are well-stocked. We are already planning our next stay in Pasadena.」

「If you are looking for a great getaway spot close to LA, but you want to feel like you are nowhere close to the city, this is the spot for you. The home was beautiful and private. My fiancee and I spent a night after our engagement at this property and it was everything I was looking for and more. The Topoanga town is great to explore as well. Samantha was responsive, very accommodating to my needs, and had a great attitude throughout the whole process. I would come back!」

「This is a cozy, private space in a quiet residential neighborhood. Three adults slept comfortably, but probably more ideal for two. Rooftop deck, hot tub, and outdoor seating to relax or entertain. Gas stove, Keurig machine, and everything you need to prepare meals and save on eating out. Accessible to all North Hollywood has to offer without being right in the middle of it.」

「We have been using vrbo for years and this is the first time that we were welcomed personally by Bennett - the property manager who gave us a tour and answered our questions and concerns about the property. The furnitures, appliances/electronics, bed linens, kitchen equipments/utensils are good quality. The pool and spa was everyone's favorite to hang out and the temperature can easily be controlled with the Ipad. We will definitely highly recommend this property to our family and friends.」
