“Unfortunately, our stay was quite disappointing. The property provides shampoo and some fancy-looking items for the hot tub, but these are chargeable and extremely overpriced. More importantly, there were serious safety concerns with the hot tub. There were no proper instructions explaining how to operate it or where to turn on the hot water. We almost burned ourselves trying to figure it out, which is simply unacceptable. The room itself needs renovation, and the balcony was dirty. There were……

“The Positives: The property is in an excellent location, situated right in front of the lake. We stayed in the 1 BHK apartments, which were very clean, well-maintained, and spacious. The food was another highlight—everything we ordered was delicious, and the portion sizes were quite generous. ​The Concern: The only major drawback is that the property is located at a significant height. Since there are only stairs available, it is quite difficult for elderly people or those with mobility issues……
