“Nice rooms.”

“Due to a flight and a long drive from ORD, I arrived at the Carmel ESA around 3:40 AM. There was a phone at the door, so I picked it up and dialed 1 for check-in service. It was a pleasant experience—the ESA service lady came out and opened the door to assist with my check-in. Thank you, ESA!”

“I had a great stay at the hotel. The room was clean and quiet. A big 'shout out' to Kara who works at the front desk and helped make a very frustrating day a little better!”

“We had an awesome trip, staff was very friendly and helpful when we needed to arrange for a ride to an event. ”

“The property is undergoing renovations and the dining room was not as expansive as it will be in the future. Even though there is a Lot of construction going on, they kept the noise down. The beds are very comfortable. The microwave was too high for me to use. It could have been on a lower shelf. All staff are so nice and helpful. The receptionists and wait staff in the dining area couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful.”

“A little older but kept up nicely. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable - I slept better than normal, breakfast was good.”
