“The property was very clean, great area and decorated lovely! We didn't spend much time there other than to sleep but the bed was cozy and it felt very homey! The bathroom was sparkling clean. It was perfect for our quick trip to KC for a Sporting game. The host was extremely kind and very responsive! We would stay there again!”

“Kozy in KC was the perfect home away from home for great grandparents to visit their great grandkids. The furnishings are lovely yet functional. The coffee bar!! The showers have everything you need plus plenty of fluffy towels. I could go on and on. They have thought of every nice touch.”

The house was very maintained and cleaned prior to our arrival. There was plenty of room for our large group and a well stocked kitchen. Host was very responsive and extremely helpful. “The entry stairs are steep and could use a railing on one of the sides as it's a little precarious as is. There were 2 days where a couple windows were open when we returned in the evening. Once we locked them there were no further issues. Owner was surprised by this. Also the area that the duplex is in has an extremely busy auto/parking issue and thus the street access is very narrow. Not much can be down about this but it should be address by the owner to potential renters.”

“We loved this rental so much we extended our stay. Its very spacious I love the back patio and the upstairs is like a private bungalow. There were a couple items left in the mini fridges but i was a housekeeper before and its a common mistake.”

“We booked this house for a graduation party for me and a couple friends. It ended up being the perfect house for the party and we would gladly book again! The movie room was a great addition and got a lot of use. The massive kitchen was great for preparing lots of food for our guests, as well as the big bar. The amount of bedrooms was also perfect as we had multiple people stay the night. The room with the surrounding balcony was great for our live music. The elevator helped move seats……

“we had a group of 12 at the Rieger Hotel last weekend for 2 nights-it is an incredible property! Look up the history on this place it's quite interesting. Much of the interior is original from 1910-staircases etc..and is beautiful. Rooftop space faces South and the view is really cool. Huge kitchen table that seats at least 12. Super close to restaurants,Power and Light district and the free train.Convenience store across the street We loved our stay and would absolutely stay there again. The……

“Appreciated the option for multiple bedrooms, stayed for a basketball tournament in KC. HUsband and kids are 6'5" and up and is nice to have Queen size options for the whole family. Also two bathrooms made it nice. Washer/Dryer in the unit was absolutely fantastic to get uniforms washed up. Will stay again when game schedule requires overnights in KC area. Clean, comfortable, went to Italian restaurant for dinner and breakfast at Ihop. Husband did not like the mattress, but I did not mind……
