“The view of this property was simply out of this world amazing. Every single morning we felt like we were in heaven! The room was lovely with plenty of space for everyone in our party. It almost felt like we were in a place outside of time. We will definitely be coming back here.”

“Perfect little suite! The room has everything you need! It is close to Kona and here are some recommendations. Tropics- Great for lunchScandinavian Shaved Ice- wonderful shaved iceKalikala cuisine had an amazing breakfast with great views and excellen food. Excursions- Manta Ray Nigjt snorkel is a must do! “Avi's property was beautiful. Everything is fresh and new. The apartment uses space thoughtfully. The neighborhood is quiet and safe and the view from the private patio is wonderful. Avi communicates well and has a house book with everything you need to know and great recommendations. It is conveniently located to everything on the Kailua- Kona side. Perfect spot for a quiet getaway for a couple or single.”

“Location is great, just 2 minute walk to the water and less than 10 for a swim. We enjoyed staying Kailau/Kona. The condo is well maintained as is the property. We had to call the property manager to reset the door code when we arrived ... it just took her 5 minutes to come and a few minutes to do it. This condo is small, particularly the kitchen (although the fridge is fullsize) and the bed is just okay, but it has a nice balcony to sit on. It worked well for us.”

“Highly recommend staying here if you want a quiet and sweet little spot to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city without being far from Kona. The host are great and the views are great too. 10/10 ”

“My husband and I enjoyed our stay here. The property is located in walking distance to shops and eateries. We loved that the unit was recently renovated and clean! Parking might be a little challenging if you return late in the evening. We were fine taking an uber when needed. Mahalo!”

“My husband and I really enjoyed our stay in the Royal Palms room. It was really peaceful and it had the accommodations we needed for a quick two night stay. The description of the property is very accurate. You may need ear plugs if you're not used to the sound of koki frogs at night. The noises were not an issue for us. They do have complimentary ear plugs. We will definitely stay here again when we are traveling without kids!”
