「Excellent 」

「I heard some other picky customers complained “ It’s 5 euro breakfast”. But well with the price I don’t expect any free breakfast same with the ones in 5 star hotel. Reception clerks are very nice. The location of the hotel is pretty nice, in the very center area but not noisy at all. I would like to recommend to my friends once needed 」

「No era lo que esperaba. Cuarto pequeño. El parque cerrado. Mal ubicado. Edificio viejo. Sin amenidades. Comida simple.」

「I cannot stress enough how beautiful Macedonia is, how amazing the hotel Solaris was and what a joy it was dealing with the owner. Must visit for anyone, and I hope to visit here again. She made my stay so comfortable! The room was bright, lots of amenities (cooktop, fridge, plates and cutlery, lots of towels, sofa and comfy bed) and was 2 blocks frim the bus station, and mall with large grocery store!」

「The owner appeared an hour after we arrived somewhat early, and cordially greeted us, and helped us settle in, and made recommendations on where to eat that evening, and prepared a very nice breakfast the next morning.」

「The reception staff is kindly and provides many assistance to us. It is very pity that the winery only opens in April to November. Next time we would visit it in summer time to taste the wine.」

「Beautiful view of the lake, clean room and very helpful staff.」

「Spa ist kostenpflichtig.」

「No hot water for shower at 9:30pm during my stay and they fix the problem around two hours」

「In fact, everything was excellent until I found I became a chinese on my receipt. How could it be...I haven't visited china cause we need a visa for the sightseeing. Maybe I should tell the staff that I know this country is macedonia, not greece...or you prefer I say you're a greek?」

「I usually not leaving low ratings for anyone but this place was very overrated, expensive food and not very friendly staff. The have place so much emphasis on not necessary and for got the human factor and creating a welcoming environment. That is so sad. I should not be judging based on only one experience but the one experience is what makes a good and best place. In short, we will not be staying there again.」

「Hôte parfait. Restaurant toujours TOP. Personnel aux petits soins avec la clientèle. Bref, tout pour se sentir bien.」
