Place was clean, well stocked, the bed slept great, only downside, and maybe we just missed it, we did not see it was pet friendly on the listing, found out when we seen people walking their pet, not a deal breaker as room was clean, did not see pet hair or have pet odor, still a great place

Quality at a fair price

I’ve stayed in multiple places in NMB, including hotels, motels, people’s homes and condos. What I find is usually hugely disappointing in terms of quality. Paying more didn’t always guarantee that I got a nicer place, either. Harborcourt is a great location, not far from the beach, has a lovely marina, decent restaurant and the place I stayed was clean, had what I needed in terms of amenities, and was nice. I also felt safe here.

Nice view but needs some attention.

Great view. Easy access with good location. Cleanliness of the rug in the living room and the couch left us feeling a bit gross so had to cover them with the extra sheets. Kitchen supplies were there but barely adequate to cook. The way the doors to this unit and the one next door are setup means you are startled every time they go in and out, its LOUD, especially when you are sleeping! Has some good things but not enough to come back.

The check in was confusing due to no desk agent and no directional signage on the property. Location more isolated than expected. Unit needs a good refresh with paint, and small repairs. Needs new bedding because mattress was grossly uncomfortable. Had a broken door handle in the bathroom pocket door so could not secure the door. Size was appropriate and unit was generally clean upon arrival. Enjoyed the balcony and watching the boats go in and out.
