Everything you need for an amazing vacation!!

Such a beautiful property! Clean room and facility! Arrival was made more convenient with staff there to help load carts and even bring to your room for you. Parking is across the street, not far no matter what floor on the garage you park on and all parking spaces are very close to the elevator. There is a shuttle to and from the entrance as well! Lots of events and a wonderful DJ on Sat about 12p-4p. Drinks on the pool deck are amazing! And you HAVE to go to the restaurant on the 1st floor!! Food is amazing and the hostess/waitress everything customer service was the most excellent server I've ever met! She is kind and knowledgeable, she wears many hats with a smile! The bedroom space is comfortable, the bed and pillows are super comfortable. The kitchen is also a comfortable space and equipped with everything you may need. Communication with the owners is very efficient. They reach out with instruction and reminders, making every step of check in and check out easy and convenient.

All furniture was very uncomfortable! There was old coffee left in coffee pot! Rugs were dirty & couch was stained. Noise levels from neighbors made it impossible to sleep:shower head was broke. Fridge reeked. won’t be back.

Well below Avista standards

Having stayed at the Avista in the past , I was expecting a first class condo, instead I found a yard sale furnished apartment with naked floors and a very old bed. As far as service of Bigfish rentals go it took six days of begging to have the TVs up and running. The pictures in the ad do not give a real description of the condo other than the fantastic view of the beach. I will never use Bigfish Rentals again.

Terrible misrepresentation

Condo was not maintained and was poorly represented in the photos and description. Furniture was cheap and damaged and the bed was old and creaked with every move. Tub didn’t drain you stood in 4 inches of water til you were finished. Appliances were dirty and rusty. Walls were dirty and damaged. Balcony was filthy. I won’t use this rental company again and I would not ever recommend it to anyone.

Not bad at all. A few issues. The couch is very dirt and the Murphy bed mattress cover was stained. The place really needs a deep cleaning. The handle on the toilet broke. They came to fix that. The north side of the resort shut down the water one day for 8 hours. Overall nice stay
