Fantastic condo
After searching for the “right” place for our family I stumbled upon this property. The price was very reasonable and the private pool was the selling point for us. The property was very nice and clean. The condo itself was very clean and cozy. The 4 of us enjoyed the unit with plenty of room for a few more people. The kitchenette is small but that doesn’t bother us as we don’t typically cook on vacation. The balcony was me and my child’s favorite spot in the mornings and evenings. Lots of closet space so that your belongings aren’t just left out to walk over. Ac worked flawlessly. TVs all worked. The location is also amazing. It’s tucked back in a nice little area and very quiet for only being a few blocks from the main drag of North Myrtle. Everything worked as it should. The only “flaw” of this property is its 3rd floor so there’s stairs when you come and go. And since it’s a 3rd floor unit, there’s a floor above you which can be noisy at times. All in all, I would not only stay here again, I would recommend this space to everyone. Also, I reached out to the property manager with a question regarding our stay and they answered very promptly and were very friendly. We even got to check in an hour ahead of schedule.
