Kings View Villas review

When I reserved this property I was told I would have 2 parking spots. At check in, I was told that I only had 1 spot & that a car would have to be parked a few miles away. This was quite frustrating & irritating, not to have a vehicle at my disposal. The size of beds was not as advertised. It was supposed to be two queens, but appeared to be a queen & a full. The comforter on the full size bed was dirty with hair. There was no comforter on the queen size bed, although we did find a comforter balled up in the box that dirty linens are supposed to go in upon checkout. They were dirty dishes in the dishwasher & the garbage disposal didn't work, my son fixed it. The washing machine sounded like it was going to explode during the spin cycle. Twice during the week repairmen came. I'm not sure they fixed it because we did not wash anymore clothes, since it was pretty inconvenient having to listen to the loud noise. The most disturbing was probably the fact that there appeared to be what looked like dried blood on the brown chair in the living room. We cleaned it off with a clorox wipe. I spoke with the office who sent a cleaning person out who apparently cleaned the sofa, not the chair. They also did not put a comforter on the queen bed or replace the dirty one on the full size bed. While the property was nice and the location was great, these issues were quite frustrating and disappointing. My issues were addressed at checkout & I was given a contact to write to & send pics.
