Family vacation

I was very please with location. About 30 minutes from boardwalk. This unit was perfect. Had all utensils to cook meals. I had 2 young children and they enjoyed the pool. The decor was cute and inviting as soon as we walked in. The host was very reaponsive and i had no issues with our stay. Iwoukd definitely book again.

WONDERFUL!

this place was perfect! very nice condo and a beautiful view! very clean, beds were very comfortable and the only thing that needed some attention was the shower head in the bathroom off the bedroom facing the ocean. overall, this place was exactly what my wife and i where looking for. will definitely be back next year (Lord willing).

Nice little getaway

This was an impromptu trip that was thrown together in a week. Just a few girlfriends that decided to go to the beach for a few days. Nice little condo. Right on the beach. My only 2 complaints were that we didnt realize there was no outdoor pool (the pool is indoor AND in the building next to the condo) and the sleeper sofa isn't very comfy. Other than that, it is definitely a great place. And great location

Small and needs hot water

While the location is ideal, this penthouse condo has tiny bedrooms and a big problem supplying hot water to the showers! The view/balcony is excellent.,. But for the size it was overpriced.

Awesome location

Pros: Views were fantastic, location optimal, carts to move luggage up to the place, not very busy part of the beach. Extremely good communication with property manager. Fast reply emails. Con: drain stopper didn’t work in master bathroom, which for our two toddlers to take baths after a beach day was not ideal. They offered to fix it but the timing didn’t work out with us being in the room at the time. Would recommend this unit for sure.

We definitely loved the location and convenience of walking right out to the beach. The condo was very outdated and the beds were very uncomfortable. The full size bed in the front bedroom was sinking in the middle. There were dead roaches everywhere. I do appreciate the dead roaches but the cleaning service should have disposed of them when they cleaned. The back bathroom tub was nasty and not clean. It also did not drain when showering. It held water for at least 12 min after the water was off with the plug all the way up. Everything was outdated and the condo felt very dark. The television in the front bedroom had no sound. There was really nowhere to put our luggage either. The pool was also old. Overall the whole establishment needs an update! I feel the price needs to represent the place and I was very disappointed!!

The views were nice. Had banana boat and parasailing right on the beach at the hotel. I didn't like arriving to find a sign on the washing machine saying do not use pump leaking. Overall was a nice stay.

This was the second time we've stayed on this property and it was great. The only problem we had was with gnats/fruit flies. They seemed to be coming in from the balcony when we opened the door. Another resident mentioned the gnats being a problem so I don't believe it was just our unit having the problem.

Location was great as well as communication with the host. Unfortunately, the floors were pretty dirty even after a second cleaning. I did appreciate the host scheduling the second cleaning so quickly. Check in/out process was easy.

Great Place!

Loved our stay and the condo! Easy beach access, undercover parking, very clean, elevators are quick. Great place for food and drink right next door(Molly Darcy’s)with walk up from the beach for some frozen drinks. Would def stay again!

Property was in great location. Should have provided more toilet paper, nicer wine glasses, beach towels, better inside towels, an extra blanket. The mattress in the front bedroom was too soft for 2 people to sleep in. We enjoyed our stay.
