Filthy

The building is older which was not a problem but the unit itself was filthy. It’s a joke that renters are charged a cleaning fee yet the unit is disgusting upon arrival. The showers were moldy (as was the shower curtain liner). Toilet rims were black. The floor was so gross that if you walked around barefoot or in socks, your feet or the socks were black in minutes. There was dirt, dust, sand, etc. on all baseboards, corners, etc. The furniture covers are no longer white as shown in the picture, they need cleaned!
