Ocean front condo

Our condo was nicely renovated, clean, and had everything we needed for our stay. Communication with the owner was seamless. Brad was very quick to respond to all communications and made us feel valued and appreciated. The beach is gorgeous....I even found a shark's tooth! Walking distance to great venues for entertainment, fabulous restaurants and corner stores. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful location! But thats where the good stops. 16 floors on each tower but only two elevators. So if youre staying above a comfortable walk up the steps, then plan on being in line for some time to access an elevator. Some of the rooms are privately owned, and it seemed some were time-share type rentals. My room was privately owned so I can't speak to the others. My room was not clean. The couch that folds out to a bed had food all over the sheet, along with some brown substance all over the bottom. This could've been a natural reaction that some call "sea-rust". Either way, the food and the brown stuff couldve easily been cleaned prior to rental. The remainder of the rental was very dusty, but the other two beds were clean. The bathroom had only one working light which made it difficult. The floors were dirty and everything else was simply outdated. Maybe they haven't rented this unit in a long while and that could've caused the dust. Who knows. The price wasn't terrible. I stay and review many rentals, and the price point for this was mid-range. So not all bad. There was also a very loud domestic disturbance on one of the other balconies that the host has no control over but worth mentioning. I still gave 3 overall stars because it is a great spot, great views, and nice pools. I hate going below 3 and very rarely do, but I had to consider the totality of this trip and feel like 3 stars is a great rating.
