Our stay was absolutely phenomenal! I have never had an easier check in experience, great location and beautiful views. My only complaint would be the parking and check out time but it doesn’t affect our overall experience. We will be back soon!

The condo was in great shape; amenities were nice and complete, everything worked, cleanliness was fantastic, and the location was great. We'll look to go there again with my family. Great Resort!

Staff was friendly and helpful. Plenty available on site to do - restaurants, ice cream, and shop was handy. We even got to watch a wedding ceremony from the balcony! The room itself was clean and had almost everything we needed. Unfortunately, elevators were being inspected when we were checking out which delayed our trip home a bit since only one was running, but hopefully that means all 3 will be up for the next guest.

Short family trip

We stayed over 4th of July weekend. It was the perfect place. Very clean facilities everywhere on site. Check in was quick and easy. Only downfall was not enough handicap parking. My mother had to wait several minutes for us to pick her up because there was no handicapped spot available. Other than that wonderful place.

Everything you need

This space isn’t luxurious, by any means, but it has most everything you need. Bring your own dish soap, dishwasher pellets, hand soap, scrubber sponge, etc. Be aware: the north tower is farthest from the parking garage! Quite a trek for older folks. But beds were comfortable and the view is spectacular.

Stop looking and stay here

Super easy to check in. The unit was super clean. My wife didn’t even feel like she needed to wipe down the dishes. The view from the patio was perfect. You can look down at the pool and not really hear it. There are a lot of people around but you don’t hear them. I would recommend staying here.

The property elevators need to be updated with air conditioners. The property only had two working elevators and the wait to get on the elevator was 30 mins to an hour this is really an inconvenience for guest.

Toilet didn’t work, no one would come to fix it

One of the toilets didn’t flush for the entirety of our stay. I called the front desk a few times but we were there 3 nights and no one ever came to try to fix it. Living with a smelly clogged toilet off the kitchen really put a damper on our vacation. I can see from the most recent review that the toilet wasn’t working earlier this month either so I guess the resort decided not to try to fix it anymore and to just rent it out nonfunctioning without telling us.

The positives are that pricing was great and affordable, even for booking the week prior to leaving. It was also one of the few pet friendly places. The beach itself was also very nice and wide and clean. However, it still was not one of our best vacations. The condo was overall nice but had a couple of issues. The walls were paper thin and we could hear our neighbors’ kids screaming late into the night. The master bath water pressure was way too high, almost unbearable. The second bath was fine. In addition, the service was not great. We called and asked for extra blankets twice and we’re told they were on the way both times. But after waiting for 5 or 6 hours, we had to go and pick them up ourselves.
