Condo at Waterpointe I (Waterpointe1)
Recently Remodeled in Winter 2022.

Direct Oceanfront 3BR/2Ba condo in the Windy Hill Section of NMB. Great location near Barefoot Landing. Indoor/outdoor/kiddie pool plus hot tub. Easy parking and elevator access. Cable TV in all Bedrooms/Living Room with Roku devices for streaming. Washer/dryer is located in its own space within the unit. The newly refreshed well-equipped kitchen has updated countertops and appliances. Free/Secure wireless Internet access available in this unit. Roku devices on TVs make it easy to watch Netflix/Hulu/Etc. Unit is on 4th floor which makes it ideal. Enjoy the beach, pool, and the nearby surroundings at Waterpointe. Make this an unforgettable vacation!

Do you need to keep in touch with work or just enjoy surfing the internet? The Master and 2nd Bedrooms each have a desk with convenient access to the TVs to use as a 2nd screen.

Due to severe allergies, our beach home is strictly animal free which can be a safety and health hazard to owner family members. This property is a private home and not a public accommodation.


Windy Hill.: Windy Hill is the southernmost section of NMB. It is close to Barefoot Landing, Restaurant Row, Tanger Outlets, Myrtle Beach Mall, and the Conway Bypass (Rte 22).

Waterpointe: Waterpointe I was originally developed in the mid 1980s. All units are 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom. The Outdoor and Kiddie Pools complete this property along with the indoor pool and hot tub. Outdoor and Kiddie pools are open seasonally. The Beach is your backyard. Free Wireless Internet Access in the lobby encourages a sense of community in this secured building. Parking is a breeze with no hassles of a parking garage.
It is also kept up well as approximately 15 units in the building have full-time residents.

The Unit: Fully renovated unit in 2022. The unit is perfectly located in the building. It is high enough so that ambient noise from the pool does not cause a disturbance yet low enough to yell down if needed. Private/Secure High speed Internet access is available in the unit so that you do not need to visit the lobby to get your e-mail. All the conveniences of home at the beach including a well-equipped kitchen plus washer/dryer makes this a perfect place to vacation. Kids want to watch something different on TV than your choice? Each bedroom is equipped with a cable TV and Roku device.

Beachfront condo NMB

The property listing is accurate and we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The check in and out was easy and most everything you need for cooking is in the kitchen. Rick was helpful and sent a packet ahead of time and was happy to offer suggestions about the area.

Very convenient location. Parking in the lots across the street was easy to always find parking. Luggage carts and shopping carts available to help male loading and unloading a breeze. Unit is comfortable. Kitchen is well stocked. View from balcony is great. Beach access is easy. Great place, would stay again.

Happy beach goers

We want to thank Rick for his quick responses to questions. His welcome packet was great and informative. The condo was clean and well stocked. Views are wonderful. Lots of space to roam in the main areas of the condo. Being a smaller building the pools were never too full during April break. The decor was adorable and made us feel extremely beachy. We used the washer and dryer and it was a great perk. Bedrooms were great, the smaller bedroom with twin beds although cozy, space is used to its full potential shelving and wall hooks for clothes ect. The kids could hear neighbors a but it's a communal living normalcy. The beds were comfy for a condo. Not our own beds but suitable vacation beds. The linens were clean, the extra blankets and pillows were plentiful. Iron, board, vacuum, broom and dust pan all in condo. We used it a lot for sand. The grounds on the condo were pretty and well maintained. Fully accessible handicap paths to the beach, full decking as well as sandy paths. The pool areas are also handicap accessible. The place had large grocery carts and baggage racks to get your gear upstairs. Parking spaces available to use for unloading. Location is perfect, across street from barefoot landing and 25 minute drive to broadway, 15 min drive to cherry grove pier and point area. We could not have been happier staying at mermaid cove! Wake up to huge balcony with spectacular views and relaxing atmosphere!

Excellent & relaxing stay.

Older but nicely furnished & clean apartment. At times there was some construction noise from neighboring condos but they timed it appropriately. Parking is acceptable. Elevators worked well. Beach sunrises were awesome! It was not as crowded as some of the other places we've stayed down in Myrtle Beach. The outdoor pool was closed due to the season we visited.we've stayed

Overall my family and I was really impressed with this property. It’s in a great and safe location. Check in was easy. Loved the inside and outside pools. Every time we went to the pools they was never crowded which is a huge plus for us. Easy access to the beach. Only downside was when we walked into property the very first time the floors were dirty and we felt sand while walking around. But overall had a great experiences and would book this unit again!

Perfect family vacation

Rick is a fantastic property manager. We had everything we needed upon arrival. The condo is beautiful, clean and right on the beach. My kids loved going from the beach to the pools. Such a great area with Barefoot Landing only a stop light away. We will for sure be back.

Amazing Beach Property

Very impressed with this property. Great care has been taken to update it, making it so beautiful & comfortable. It's everything we could have needed. We started out with 2 adults but added a six-year-old child and we're so glad we did. He had the time of his life! I highly recommend this property and the owner.
